• Points are earned only if paying by credit card.  Sorry this is a system thing and the system can't calculate rewards for bank transfer payments.
• This is a retail loyalty programme and rewrd points are not able to be earned by our Schools/Teachers and Trade customers who already receive discounts.
• Rewards can be used for purchases only from the So Music website and not via any other channel.
• So Music reserves the right to amend, change or cancel any reward points at any time but especially in the vent that they feel the programme has been manipulated unfairly, or to correct any errors.
